I’m not getting data from the sensor. What should I do?Updated 3 days ago

  1. Remove the sensor from the soil.

  2. Press the button on the sensor—if the LED doesn’t turn on, replace the battery.

  3. If the LED is on, move the sensor closer to the controller in case it’s out of range.

  4. If the sensor is next to the controller but still not sending data, contact support.

  5. If the sensor works near the controller but not in its original location, try placing it closer or adding a booster for extended range.
